However, should your order arrive bearing any sign of damage or defect, we ask that you reach out to us within three (3) days of receiving your parcel. Kindly include your order number and clear photographs documenting the condition of the item and its packaging. Once received, our team will review the matter with diligence and offer a resolution where appropriate, this may include a replacement or partial refund, depending on the nature of the concern.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests made beyond this window, or in cases where the item has been used or altered from its original condition.
