At FRAIZE, we approach shipping as an extension of our brand values: care, intention, and clarity. We want every order to arrive safely, beautifully, and within the timeframe you expect. This policy outlines how we handle shipping and what you can expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it reaches your hands.


1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped. During peak periods or new product launches, processing times may extend slightly, though we always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.


2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL, among others. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout based on your location. Please note that delivery time begins after your order has been processed, not at the time of purchase.


3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship throughout the United States. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Since we ship from Maryland, nearby states may receive deliveries sooner than states farther west.


4. International Shipping

If your country is not listed, we unfortunately do not offer direct shipping there at this time.

All international customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or regulatory fees imposed by their local authorities. FRAIZE is not responsible for delays related to customs clearance or additional charges upon arrival.


5. Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If your tracking number does not update or your shipment appears delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first. If needed, we are always happy to help troubleshoot.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. FRAIZE is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you realize there is an error, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to correct it.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked "delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. Unfortunately, once a package is marked as delivered, we are limited in what we can do. While we are not responsible for stolen packages, we are here to support you and can assist you with filing a claim or locating the parcel when possible.


8. Delays and Disruptions
Shipping times are estimates. While we make every effort to meet them, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, holidays, or other unforeseen events. FRAIZE is not liable for delays once an order has left our facility, but we are always available to help resolve any issues that arise.


9. Multiple Shipments
Occasionally, orders may ship in multiple packages depending on inventory levels or warehouse locations. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each package separately. There is no additional cost to you for split shipments.
